What do I get for my money?

Portfolio session: Typically 50 shots per hour with a first-pass rejection rate of less than 10%.
Band photography at venue: Available-light photography with a crosspoint (star) filter; typically 50-150 shots per hour with a first-pass rejection rate of 25% and a final acceptance rate of 25% - 50%. NOTE: due to the nature of the lighting in most venues, an ISO of 1000 or higher is typical, along with a shutter speed of 1/15 of a second. This will result in some graininess, and possibly blurring due to natural movement. Every attempt is made to minimize these artifacts.
Club photography: Diffused flash when necessary, available light when possible; multiple takes if digital review indicates the need; manager instructions regarding patron sensitivities complied with; typically 75-100 shots per hour with a first-pass rejection rate of 15-25%.

Output & Products: All commercial and portfolio sessions are photographed in Canon RAW (.cr2) at a resolution of 3168 X 4752 pixels. "Airfare Specials" are photographed in .jpg, 3168 X 4752 pixels. This is large enough to print a 20" poster without working up a sweat. Events, where the anticipation is a lesser print size, are shot at either 3456 x 2304 or 2352 x 1568 pixels (which will still yield a high-quality 12" print). Proofs are posted on my web site in a Flash display for your selection and approval. Selected (non-print) photos can be delivered to you either via e-mail (usually a .zip file link from my site) or on a CD-ROM. Photos will be delivered in the resolution at which they were taken unless otherwise specified.

If requested, all photos from a session can be given to the client; however there will be no editing in this case.
